Ummm…Kristen Stewart was the worst. She’s more boring than a bag of potatoes and seemed out of her mind everytime she’s on tv. She also seems to genuinely HATE being anywhere she is. See the Today show she was on.
Wow!!! The interview with Madonna and then the one with Farrah Fawcett remind me of Kevin’s attempt at interviewing Tim and Eric! T&E were just all kinds of fucked up and funny. I don’t know if I should feel bad for Kevin or laugh at his ability to act like he’s upset (?!). TELL ME OLIVIA…MAKE SENSE OF SCARY TV FOR ME!!!!!! ; )

Wow. The transcript they have for the Kristen Stewart interview is wrong. She doesn’t say she’s hoping for Russia, she says she’s hoping for London. Way to go, Time. That’s quality journalism right there.

Crispin Glover’s interviue was way more crazy then Joaquin’s. crack is a crazy drug. stay away from the ones that are on it!

As someone who is relatively young it is VERY strange to see Madonna when she was younger and in her prime. It’s just plain weird…but I like it.

Time has an odd definition of disaster. Drew was great on the show. I’m surprised Oliver Reed wasn’t on the list. He came on with an attitude and was really pissed when Dave asked about a story of his drinking days that he didn’t want to talk about and at one point looked like he was going to punch Dave. Later in another segment Chris Eliot told Dave he like the interview with Foster Brooks ( a comic who plays drunks )
That is a great list. I have never seen or heard about the Crispin Glover or Harvey Pekar interview segments until today. David Letterman is one funny dude.
Those were great. Maybe I should get on Letterman. Maybe I would make that list. Then I’d be famous.
I loved Dave’s line during Joaquin’s interview: “We owe Farrah Fawcett an apology.” No shortage of crazy (or occasionally stupid) in Letterman’s past guest list.
