In case you missed my awesome run at this year’s Ninja Warrior…

Here’s my intensive, Olympic-style training:

And here’s my epic run. I know- it’s intense and intimidating. I hear the Japanese still tell tales of my run and how it inspired a nation. True story.

In my hotel in Yokohama near the Ninja Warrior course, my brother and I found a great way to stay “safe” while burning to death.

“I will kill you with the dreaded double-finger eagle claw eye poke!”

Running in a few hours. Right knee is a little fucked from training back in LA.

Just want six steps. That’s it.

What. Up.

UPDATE: Question- If I jump in front of a moving car, will that get me out of running?

UPDATE 3: Knee hurts, but I’m happy because I had a fun time with great friends and crew. Time for a bowl of curry with my brother in Shinjuku! Ninjaaaaaaa!!!!!

About to get on the plane and embark on the stupidest journey of my life: Running Ninja Warrior obstacle course again.
There’s a saying in Japan: A wise man climbs Mt. Fuji once, a fool climbs it twice. Well, I’ve climbed Mt. Fuji twice.. and I’m guessing that saying applies to Ninja Warrior, too.

I’m going back to Ninja Warrior very soon and I’m scared shitless!! I’ve been training, but no matter what you do- you can’t prepare your nerves.

Lucy- who went farther than any FEMALE Ninja Warrior ever-  is training me for the next two weeks.

Dear God,

I know I haven’t exactly been the sweetest or the nicest and I really do love having a heart of stone… And I know that it was mean to make fun of fatties- but they’re so fat!! It’s not my fault fatties are so funny, I mean they’re just so fat! They don’t have to eat that much- they really don’t. Just PUT DOWN THE CARBS… Okay, okay… you’re right. I’ve been horrible. But, if you could help me this one time, just get one step farther than last time, I promise this: when I get back from Japan, I will personally buy a random fatty a nice, high-protein meal plan.
