And that’s exactly what is being documented in a very large report funded by and prepared for the U.S. Navy’s high-tech and secretive Office of Naval Research.

The report, is saying that we are approaching an era where robots are smart enough to make battlefield decisions. Which in turn, the report notes, robots could come to display significant cognitive advantages over Homo sapiens soldiers… and then, turning on us!
