Everyone's got one. That one stupid or just god awful movie no one in the world likes (except you) For me Its Cutting Edge. That's right the figure skateing move featuring that mega star D. B Sweeney. Everytime it comes on cable I can't help but to watch it. Alright everyone can stop laughing at me an post yours. I know there's some closet Batman & Robin fans out there. Step forward and admit your flaws.

Van Helsing. It's one of the worst movies ever made, horrible in every way, but when it comes on back-to-back on cable I just put down the remote and let it roll. One night it came on back to back to back, I was in heaven.

@Grassy I have it on DVD me and you bro the only people on the planet who liked it haha
Mine would be Damnation Alley it is one of the worst movies ever made but so help me god/satan/buddha/etc I love that movie. Also every time I see the towering inferno on tv I have to drop everything and watch it. Granted back in the day it was a top notch movie not really a flop I think it even won awards but most people today have either forgotten about it or are just "meh"

@Grassy & Minja- I consider cheesy movies to be a class all their own- I have Hawk the Slayer on DVD, for fuck's sake! I love those crappy flicks.
But if we are talking truly embarrassing guilty pleasure movies, I have no problem saying that mine is 13 Going On 30. Such a schmaltzy chick-flick, but if it's on cable I'll flip to it. My wife loves it, so that's probably how I got suckered in. I still laugh at the Eminem line every time.

Point Break. I might start watching it with friends but in the end I'm all by myself. Keanu + Swayze and Busey, 100% Pure Adrenaline.

Are you a fellow geezer? You've watched the same 80's movie's I did. The first one was so bad yet so good. Jean-Claude Van Damme as a russian gotta love that.

@RedEyedJedi Cool nice to have a fellow old timer on the forums (38). I was going to make a favorite 80's movie thread but I thought I'd be the only one posting there......LoL Dam i'm old.

@SA, I'm with you on Point Break. "You're sayin' the FBI's gonna pay me to learn to surf?" Classic. I think that might be the movie that made me originally want to go into law enforcement (I did end up with a degree)...never did learn to surf though. But that is for "little rubber people that haven't learned to shave yet." HA!

@Jedi and Awalker...It's funny how early to late 30s is considered geezer. lol
    That's not that old.

Also, I would totally post an entire list in an 80s movie thread. I'm only 24, but I still appreciate a lot of movies from the decade.

As for my guilty pleasure movie..hmmm....I don't know. Most of the movies I like seem to be pretty mainstream. I'll get back to you on that one. I don't know about Batman and Robin, but I LOVE Batman Returns. However...I don't know if you could consider that a guilty pleasure movie, though.

@JohnM618 party time excellent.......... I was hooked ever since the first skit on snl. Those were the good snl days I watch now and I just don't get it. The writing seems lame.

@Minja Definitely. For me, ever since Will Ferrel left (LOVED celebrity Jeopardy skits) and to a certain extent Jimmy Fallon, it just hasn't been as good. Interestingly enough, I have been pretty underwhelmed by some of the things both of those guys have done since leaving SNL.

The best celb jeopardy skit was phil hartmen doing sean connery.... "I'll take the rapists for a thousand Alex" uhhh that's therapists Mr. Connery. pure genius.
I never watched snl with Will Ferrel or Jimmy Fallon so I don't know anything about when they were on but I miss the good old days back in the early 90's.

@Minja- that was Darryl Hammond as Connery. Phil Hartman was effing brilliant though. Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer.

Current SNL is not too bad IMO. The odd thing, though, is I like almost all the cast individually, but their collaborative efforts seem to fall short of their potential

Hammond as Connery was amazing, as was Norm McDonald as Burt Reynolds. Here's a funny one with them both.
