VIVA OLIVIA !!!!

It would appear the acronyms I posted above are wasted on you, Btab.
I don't hate Megan Fox. Never met the woman. Never seen any of her work. I simply don't find her to be all that attractive, much in the way I don't find her apparent role model, Angelina Jolie, all that attractive. In the case of both women, I've seen an occasional photo where they look pretty good, but for the most part neither one appeals to me.
One factor would be the tattoos. Never been an admirer of tats on the ladies. Yeah, they've become commonplace, almost to the point where if you see a woman with no tattoos at all, it's nearly a novelty. I still have yet to see any instance where any woman looked hotter after getting a tattoo than she did before getting ink done. I read somewhere not too long ago that Megan Fox was thinking about getting a tattoo sleeve on one of her arms. I'm sorry, but those are just plain nasty! Any woman who gets one of those drops way down the attractive meter for me. A small tat here or there does not instantly make a hot woman not hot in my view, but at some point all the ink stops being a way to express individuality and becomes a cry for help.
That's not the only reason I don't find Megan Fox all that hot. She's not ugly. I just see a lot of other women who are more attractive. Olivia Munn, to mention one.

Like the Dirty White Boy said...VIVA OLIVIA !!!!
It has a nice ring to it, don't you think?

OLIVIA = Funny, Sexy, Cool, Likes Pie...
MEGAN = sexy...Posted 8 months ago # -
@Danger Man. Her role model is not Angelina Jolie, contrary to popular belief.
@JrOaHmNoS. Both are completely different. I'm sure if Megan Fox was on a tv show we're exposed to 4 times a week where she has that freedom to be awesome like Olivia, we could fall in love with her. But we know Olivia is funny and cool because we see her act naturally (I think).But then again, we don't know either Olivia or Megan.

I know its the "hip" thing to say Megan Fox isn't all that hot but I'd be lying if I said that. But other than that I've seen and read a couple of her interviews and she isn't the dits people would expect her to be she's actually kinda smart and down to earth and honest. But as everyone knows this IS Olivia's site so this is considered blasphemy. Sooo I'm done, I will never speak on her again.

@Btab You know, it's funny you say that because I had never linked the two actresses together myself. However, a couple weeks ago I saw this story on the cover of a tabloid where supposedly Megan is such a huge fan of Angelina to the point where Megan's trying to look more like Angelina with the tats(I believe the article even compared the looks and locations of the tattoos of both women, but I didn't bother to read that far into the story)and getting lip injections. I'm pretty sure this was also where I had read Megan was considering getting the tattoo sleeve. At this point I put down the tabloid and thought to myself "Ewww...why?" Then I saw on the cover of some entertainment mag where allegedly there's a kind of feud between Megan and Angelina because Angie's concerned Megan's moving in and being offered roles Angelina felt she would've gotten otherwise. Reportedly, someone's thinking of making another Tomb Raider film and they want Megan, not Angelina, to play Lara Croft. Who knows where the truth lies...probably somewhere in between. However, it did get me to see some similarities between the two actresses, and it's not inconceivable that Megan would look to Angelina as being a role model for herself. That's where I got that notion from.
If Megan starts adopting kids the way the rest of us collect state quarters, then we'll know for sure she's trying to become the next Angelina.
@Cyph Did you hear about the quote Megan gave in some interview recently where she thought the robots from Transformers should kill all the rednecks in the country who were against gay marriage? It may be how she honestly feels, but not exactly what I'd call smart or down-to-earth to say. If all these average Americans, who Megan views as being "rednecks", were killed off by giant robots - or took offense to what she said and decided to not go see any of her movies - what she'd be killing off would be her career.
@Dzzy Yeah, Beyonce is a hottie, but I'd give Olivia a couple more Ts...not because this is her site, but because she's like the cool chick who lives next door, and just happens to be smoking hot as well.

I'm with Gerrad, these threads are quite ridiculous
In summary, we're arguing over whether 'we would' given the chance.
If Fox (or Munn) 'went' for somebody posting here, I suspect the majority wouldn't know where to look... let alone what to do
twitter.com/ninjutsucoder I'm not interesting or friendly.Posted 8 months ago # -
@dangerman nope i stick by my rating
@ninjaits its all in those 'what if' catergorysPosted 8 months ago # -
@danger man Ok
1. You shouldn't read tabloids they will melt your brain into mush.2. I said shes kinda smart. I don't know if she is. she just surprised me with how she carries herself.
3. Just because she said that crazy shit about the robots and the rednecks doesn't mean she truly feels that way. I'm sure it was an exaggerated expression.
4. Everything's gonna be alright.
Posted 8 months ago # -
@Danger Man.
Yeah, a lot of tabloids compare them (they all do). But she says constantly that she fears Angelina Jolie because she thinks Angelina doesn't even know her and would hate her. Megan says the only similarity between them is dark hair, action movies, and tattoos- so people are over exaggerating. Megan thinks Angelina is a goddess, yes, but does not try to emulate her. Megan does not want to be the next Angelina, nor the next anyone. Megan is a horrible actress, and is still trying to learn the ropes of Hollywood.
As for the Tomb Raider movie, last I heard, Megan Fox did not want to do it because she tries to stay away from roles that people think she would do well in because she's like Angelina Jolie.
There are similarities, but Megan Fox is not trying to copy Angelina Jolie.PS I lost my Kentucky quarter and can't find one! ARGH.
PSS That whole robot-killing-rednecks thing is probably one of her sarcastic remarks that she always makes in interviews and people take her too seriously. Though there is a bit of truth in it, I reckon.
Posted 8 months ago # -
@Cyph Alrighty then...
1. Did you not see the original Men In Black film, where Tommy Lee Jones explains to Will Smith how the REAL news gets published in the tabloids?
2 & 3. As I mentioned above, I've never met Megan Fox. I couldn't say whether she's smart or not, and it doesn't really matter much whether or not she truly believes the crazy stuff she says. I seriously doubt Megan actually wishes that portion of the movie-going audience who disagree with her political views would all be murdered by giant robots. Still, it wasn't a smart thing to say, even as nothing more than a John Kerry-style botched joke. Plenty of folks from Middle America might get take offense from hearing about how some actress wishes they would all die and think "Who the hell is this woman saying she hopes we get killed by giant robots?", and as a result decide they'd just as soon have no interest in going to see anything Megan Fox is in. Not exactly a brilliant career move. Fortunately for Megan, the collective memory of the general public tends to be pretty short-term. However, celebrities can and do destroy their own careers by making idiotic choices. Ask Sinéad O'Connor or The Dixie Chicks about underestimating the effects of public backlash.
4. Does this mean there will be pie for all?
@Btab Good for Megan. She shouldn't want to be the next anyone...just try to be the best Megan Fox she can be. Good advice for us all there, I reckon. Not for everyone to try to be the best Megan Fox they can be. That would be pretty strange. You get what I saying though, yes?
I got a couple Kentucky quarters in a handful of change just a few weeks ago. They're definitely still circulating, so take heart. Worse comes to worse, I'm pretty sure you can ask for and receive some at your local bank. I hear you can even pick up entire rolls of a certain state quarter, should you wish to.
If, as you seem to suggest, Megan enjoys giving the media crazy quotes just to mess with them, my respect for her has gone up a bit. While some may take offense at these sort of comments, even when they're made in fun, I can respect her doing that...so long as I don't believe she's being serious. If the remark can make me laugh, so much the better.

@dangerman you really like to write huh but good for you giveing respect to the famous peeps
Posted 8 months ago # -
@Dzzy Yeah, I do try and be as brief as I can with the forum posting(usually), but I have to admit sometimes my E-mails get to be pretty lengthy - just ask the poor souls I write to.
Famous peeps are still peeps. Some people lose sight of that sometimes, but not me. I've met plenty of celebs...mostly actors/actresses or models, as well as a couple writers, even some politicians. Maybe I've simply been lucky, but everyone I've met so far has been nice in person, and quite a few have been really nice...particularly the television actresses and the female porn stars.
I can honestly say I've never had anything less than a positive experience meeting any celebrity. A few of the encounters turned out even better than I could've imagined!
Ah, but those are stories for another time, perhaps...

@Danger Man. Make a new thread and tell us please! I'd like to know. And your writing is always lengthy and interesting, so that's a plus.
Posted 8 months ago # -
@Btab Thank you for the kind words. I do have some fun stories to share...perhaps as part of a thread where everyone can share stories of meeting celebrities(especially for those lucky enough to have met Olivia!). That ought to make for some interesting reading.
My personal favorite involves a certain model/actress who, when I told her my name upon meeting her in person for the very first time, jumped out of her chair and she gave me a surprisingly big hug!
I'll not say just yet who that was, but I'll leave you with this hint: she took part in an American reality television show a few years back, and she ended up winning it - on my birthday(which is three days after Olivia's).
Yeah, this could definitely be fun. Thanks for the cool idea!
