@TH3 it depends on what you want. if you want a gibson, fender or any of the name brands its gonna cost ya.
Did you see the Catch It, Keep It episode, the new one from Friday, where they let multiple Les Paul Studio Series get scorched by thermite?
@TH3 H4NMGAMN I finally upgraded Pc and went with i5!!! Awesome
investment. This thing is a hotrod running 4 gb of ddr3 (which will run 12 gb) and a 1 gb Nvidia card. All for under a grand. The only problem is it came with Windows 7 64.
Im having a hell-a time running my older games. It's like a patch driver easter egg hunt.
I have this: http://www.twitpic.com/qatge
@Lyle T. What GPU did you go with? 1GB could be some piece of shit 9400GT or a GTX 285. Just an FYI, it would make no sense for a P55 mobo, a dual channel RAM chipset to use 12GB of RAM/ Either 8 or 16 is what you should go with. Oh, and what kind of OCs have you gotten?
It came with the 9500 GT. It's really not all that bad. It seems to play all my games topped out. I got 4 simm slots for my ddr3.It was sent with 2x2gb but I will upgrade it higher.More likely to 8gb . I know that it is always best to run the same gb in pairs with older Pc's.
I really didnt have much of a choice about the OS but its got Windows 7 64.
Which is alot more user friendly for gamers then Vista. I really like he compatible settings. Im not sure what you mean by OCs. The Original Chip Set??
OC=overclock. Oh and that 9500GT is an epic failure for any current game.
I havent looked to much into the overclocking of it.It runs great as is. The 9500 GT has a OC program with it but I have even used it. Its playing Mass Effect,Fear2,Cryostatsis,NWN2 maxed out without a hickup.Im not to worryed about upgrading the Video card quite yet but I will sooner then later. It's just the life of a pc gamer.
Of course. Your hardware is good for a year tops before you have to upgrade again.
