Ok, let me start off by saying that I am indeed disabled.
So, I thought of a pick-up line that I think is sweet, funny, non-vulgar, and should at least get a laugh. The line is:
Would you be my Make-A-Wish.
Now, obviously, I couldn't just flat out say it, but if led into correctly and tactfully, do you think it would work?
And, yes, I know pick-up lines are lame and I seriously doubt I'd ever actually say it to someone. I'm just curious what you guys think.

I agree that pick-up lines are lame, but they're fun to listen to for a good laugh sometimes. The ones in here are entertaining. I saw one a few minutes ago that was fun in a nerdy sort of way that said: "I wish you were DSL, so I could get high-speed access." and it made me chuckle.

@miss belle - you got hit on someone who's done one of the courses on how to hit on people!!!! - I think - I saw it on a Louis Theroux show where he was looking at people who sell how to be a millionaire and how to pick up people courses.
The book that was used in the show was another childrens book and they use them as props they said - don't ask me how. I personally would be turned off instantly by a stranger initiating conversation with a book, unless it was in a book store.
They were using techniques similar to those where people are very intelligent and have a connection, but for money and love/lust.

Anyway, I don't like pick up lines. I favor the direct approach. "I think you're very cute, want to go out sometime?" works perfectly fine.

Noo don't buy a drink for a girl, because next thing you know shell bring a friend over and she ask for a drink, and you'll almost have to get her one too. Also, it just means your easy and want her approval, which is not what girls want. Weird Huh?

@Michelle Make a Wish is for children with life threatening diseases and so some disabilities, like mine, could be life threatening and qualify. I was actually a Wish Kid when I was 17.
