@Andy in customs and social games you can only hear the other team when they are close to you. in ranked you can't at all. if you don't want to hear them, you can either mute the other team before you start the game, or be in a party chat with your team. muting is a bit quicker though.

I had a great time yesterday. Got a bit better but still have a long way to go to really compete. King of the Hill and Rockets were a blast...literally.
My headset is crap, I only got half the stuff you said, so I turned it off. Sorry about that. Had to keep it down anyway...gaming from 2-4am sucks. Have to test it some other time.
