@S0nn ...yeah the whole timezone thing is always an issue but once a date and time is set for a STEAMy meet up, our man-love instincts take over and time is no longer a factor. also, our palms begin to sweat and we lose our appetite.

I have had it with these monkey fightin' snakes on this Monday to Friday plane!

So where is your 3rd gunn?

Spontaneous Steamy OMFG games may work best, soon as you see someone in game just crash their party. Go on, they're waiting for you right now. Free to join. Do it now.

I've got a good feeling about you.

I say we do a L4D versus game, 4 v 4. In which case, I shotgun a spot right now.

I've had it for a while but haven't had the time to play it yet, though from all reports, it's highly recommended.

    Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis!

I have TF2 for Xbox. If you like FPS's like Halo 3 or CoD 4, you won't like TF2. I don't. All the play mechanics are too "loose". Like aiming is a crap shoot. It comes down to whoever manages to get lucky and have their projectile hit closest to the center of the ridicule.

TF2 is awesome (like one of my fav games ever) on PC, I admit I haven't played much of it on 360.
Any steamers around this weekend for some l4d or tf2 gamage?

I most likely will be. It'll be the first time I've played L4D in close to a month. Oh, and I have no mic, which sucks.

@codyfritz you made a wise choice good sir! i've got you in my friends list now. whenever you have free time i'd be happy to hop in a server and give you a quick tour. team fortress 2 is hijinks and shennanigans on the outside, fierce competition on the inside, and an occasional temper tantrum somewhere in between. teamwork and communication is key to winning and well, just having a grand ole time.

If we do something with L4D, send me a message and I'll join. I joined the group under my same name, just spelled right.

@tyler i think so and i know andy and grassy love it just as much. grassy just started playing a couple months ago and he can't put it down. if anything, check out players vids on youtube (and look for the "Meet the..." promo vids that highlight the different classes" ...good stuff!

plus you get to hear our sexy voices scream things like "uber me, now" and "he got me right on the back"

    its all silky smooth

Why do you guys like this game so much? It's fun to play, but It doesn't have the longevity and playability like Halo or cod.

@TH ...to each their own will always be my answer. i've been following this franchise since 2000 when it was just Team Fortress Classic and there are others that have been playing it since it was a Quake mod (Team Fortress). it's not for those that want realistic looks/weaponry (CoD) or those that want serious sci-fi (Halo). it's an easy on the eyes, team oriented shooter, with a lot of comedy. it's sexy times

@tyler i think so, it was pretty fun, the engineer seems OP though lol, but it seems like it would be twice as fun with some omfgers, or just more pepole i only played 2v2.
