   I got my ass handed to me tonight! Had a bunch of graduation parties come in, everybody was chillin at the bar til they got their table, broke a bill though just in tips, plus my hourly.

   Recipe: Strawberry Limoncello Martini
   1 1/4 oz Smirnoff Citrus Twist Vodka
   3/4 oz Carvalla Limoncello
   1/2 oz Italian lemon syrup
   Splash of sour mix
   Add strawberry puree (I use the frozen strawberries in syrup, its all-natural, just strawberries and sugar) to taste, the more the sweeter, less will be more tart.
   Shake with ice, strain into glass with sliced strawberries and lemon sugar rim. Tasty stuff.

   @magoo Umm, that was the....taffy shot I made....yeah, with real taffy....lots of it.....that's why your jaw hurt. And it was, um....saltwater taffy, that's why you had the funny taste in your mouth.....yep.

    That's fine about the well though, i use city water for my apartment, I'm just using the well to irrigate my strawberry patch...yep, the same strawberries I used for everybody's drinks! Thanks for helping me add that 'extra kick'

    Recipe for Mexican Martini/Perfect Margarita
    2 1/2 oz 1800 Reposado (or other premium gold) Tequila
    1 1/2 oz Gran Marnier (or other premium Triple Sec liquor, like Cointreau)
    A good amount of sour mix
    Splash of sweetened lime juice
    Squeeze a slice or two of fresh lime
    Green olive juice to taste
    shake all ingredients in a martini shaker, strain into a martini glass rimmed with salt. Serve with a lime and green olive. Makes about two servings.
