I don't like beer, but I'd be willing to try some home-brew.
My parents distilled some liqours before, peach brandy and some other things. Potent stuff.

MemberI remember my parents used to make their own wine back when I was a kid. I have no idea if it was good or not. It was probably used to clean carburetors. LOL.

MemberI actually have an extensive knowledge of beers though. I was quite a professional drunkass.
I only drank good beer. All domestic beer (Miller, Buttwiper, Michelob etc) sucks. Favorite was Belgium Ales. Mmmmm.....

Haha, I had a friend that bartended at Applebee's, he was about to move so on his last night everybody from work went in for drinks and left him some good tips. My brother ordered a Jack and Coke, the dude filled the glass (a tall one) almost to the top with Jack, and added a splash of Coke. After two of these, he started to get a lil messed up. Then we decided some people were going to come back to our place to chill, so he gets home and starts taking shots of vodka! He was pretty drunk, and then he decided to smoke for the first time. He took a huge hit from a bowl, and 2 minutes later was puking his guts out! He prolly took about 10 trips to the bathroom that night. Poor dude.

Member@JerseyJesus It's great, yeah you should try it for sure. Also I would recommend black butte, anything from the folowing: lost coast (best microbrewery in the U.S. IMO), new belgium, rogue (another GREAT brewery), and flying dog just to name a few.
A common myth is that all American beers are watered-down shit but it's just not the case. Just don't drink the big brewery stuff like miller, coors, anheuser busch products.Posted 9 months ago #
