   I was surprised to see that they had the actors for the main good guy and bad guy from the original Mummy in the film. That was pretty awesome.

   Is it just me, or does Anna, that Cobra chick, look just like Olivia? Oh, and I know that this entire forum has probably said that, twice. But, I'm far to impatient to read 3 pages of comments. I saw the movie. It was entertaining. Plot was lacking as excepted. Although, Snake Eyes is blind, and they never even mention that.

   @TH3 H4NMGAMN, Still not blind. On at least one occasion he sent the other Joes to escape while he stayed behind, taking their night vision equipment so he could see in the dark. You don't need a starlight scope if you are blind, it is just a heavy piece of useless equipment.

    My thing was why did they give Snake Eyes a mouth? And why was his suit rubber? Shouldn't he have had a more functional outfit? BTW The Baroness looked nothing like Olivia, she looked hotter!

    @REJ, Snake Eyes had a mouth so the blow up doll they make for the special trade shows will be more "functional", which also answers your second and third questions.

    i was laughing when i saw "the Mummy"
    because this was directed by the same guy.

    i knew Brenden was in it, didn't know about the other guy.

    Zartan was freaking cheesy....but a Awesome kind of Cheesy!

    This movie was good... not great... good.....

    I rank it just below the first x-men movie. Honestly i think people expect too much from these movies because their childhood memories are so great...

    here's a tip, watch GI Joe the animated series or the movie now and you will see this movie is true to the vibe of the cartoon.

    the fact that they didn't try to make this realistic made it better.... freedom to make them look like the cartoon. not like transformers.... so lame

    I didn't think I'd like the movie, but I did. I went into the movie knowing nothing about GI Joe, so I don't know how accurate it was in that sense. Fun movie though.

    I liked it. i mean, its not the kind of movie u should take seriously. its basically a real life cartoon anyways. channing tatum and sienna miller were good. the two ninja actors were good. everything else was okay. there was a lot of corn in there. marlon waynes prob shouldnt have been in the movie but his lines were supposed to be funny anyhow. actually the whole movie had some funny times.

    i will say however, that the gijoe purists will be dissappointed. i watched most of the cartoons when i was younger and all the backstories are basically changed for each character. cobra commander was a dissappointment majorly tho.

    anyway, i usually like dramas more, but for a throw away flick, this was pretty good. same as what transformers did for me.

    btw.. the guys who did the cgi should be fired tho. terrible
