Just so everyone knows, I DO want to go to school, Olivia just misunderstood my post, but it is ok because I was not too specific .
So anyone that is reading this will know that I will go to University and get a degree first, then work my way up and somehow become a host in the future.

riverside your crazy and olivia hey thank I do have a tape of some local work i did here in new york alot of comedy work/hosting I just think it would be awesome to work in LA and work in a "g4" fun time enviroment I so dont wanna work for boring cnn not until Im 35 please

I will get into G4 for my tech knowledge, Kevin got in because he had his own internet show, and tech knowledge, and Olivia got in because she had experience with acting, and the circuit. Allison on the other hand was a bartender that only go hired because she had a large store of tech and game knowledge, like me minus the bar.

see Riverside...just keep your options open. Sometimes people who go to college end up getting a career that has nothing to do with their degree. I got my degree in communications and I still need some sort of direction.

I remember the days of tech tv...getting lost in the video game/tech/comedy shows. I used to watch 4-8 of tech tv just cuz the shows had that wow factor. Now i just watch AOTS and X-Play, all the other shows on G4 are just plain retarded. I mean the International sexy lady show???? what the fuck is that!!! They should just show reruns of classic X-play cuz at least ill laugh till i fall unconscious.

im just glad they did away with the jamie kennedy experiment! that was when i knew it was time to watch something else for half hour (sometimes and hour when G4 thought it was a good idea to put 2 back to back episodes on)

Jamie Kenndy Experiment is bad as Punk'd & Hurl added up. Worst step move I think G4 did was actaully having a show about throwing up. And can somebody tell me why "Cheaters" is on G4?

Cheaters is like mid-90's white trash D-Bags caught on tape, nothing more, I cant stand the host, hes all like "I hate to be the one to show you this, BUT.....no no, if you hated showing people, their partner "cheating" then you wouldnt be hosting a show dedicated to it.

to get back on topic though, I think before anyone new is hired i think they should give Alison Haslip (sp?) more air time...i think with some time she can be funny, instead of plain awkward.

Still puzzled as to why G4 is looking to hire a new female host months after they let Layla go. Layla had work experience and following on G4.

Now G4 has to go out and hire a new female host. Probably with less (if any experience) and little (or no) following. No a good decision to let her go.

As for Alison, she should be the next person to get any show. Some say she is awkward and I understand that. However, she just needs to be a full time host of a show. I am pretty sure that awkwardness would go away once she has had her own show.
