Drive Thru - 18 posts

I searched for this and couldn't find it, so if it's a re-post I apologize.

This is the one thing I never understood, you have one person work the drive thru taking orders right? They have a machine with buttons of the food you are asking for right? So how hard is that to get it right? My orders are never hard, for example # 1 no mayo and a coke. DONE and DONE!!!! so why do I get a #1 with more mayo than anyone can ever use in a lifetime and a sprite? And then they look at me like, "that's what you ordered!" The concept seems easy enough, what is on the screen is what goes in the bag. Easy come, easy go. Am I the only one that feels this way?

I am obsolete. This must be what old people feel like. And Blockbuster.

Despite the popular myth, Meth consumption rarely leads to efficiency, especially with computing devices.

Also, Meth addicts really seem to like blades, so I'd watch out before vocalizing your displeasure.

I just don't eat cheap-o fast food, crisis averted.

Oh trust me, I've heard some bad orders before. Mine are always easy and straight to the point, not hard at all. Also if they do get it wrong, I NEVER return it, even if I don't eat it, I'd rather not eat at all than eat some dudes ass sweat. Just never understood the mistakes that arise at te drive thru.

I don't eat nasty fast food anymore. I actually cook. Although they have a mind-numbing job, so it's really more about indifference than anything else.
Just try to get popcorn and a drink quickly at the movies. Shit.

    Unless it's Mooby's. Then the job isn't so mind-numbing.

@FuRy You know, the job wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the customers. They fuck everything up.

When is the conversation going to change to the topic of Star Wars contractors? Before or after playing hockey on the roof?

"No, it's not evil spirits. It's just rain. Rrraaiiinnn. Fine! Try and kill it!...Children!"

You know, you would be way less stressed if you would just rip into the occasional customer.
