Olivia, I dare you to see how many close pins you can get on your face.

BOOOOOOOOOO and oh yeah ouch
Clothes pins, you mean?
Ugh, yea clothespins. Ignore my terrible spelling.
Should we also ignore your terrible post?
@Minja haha that's awesome!
Close pin? Is that the Asian pronunciation?
What are close pins?
Trying to submit dares here is kind of like blindfolding yourself and cartwheeling through a minefield.
I noticed. It's Ok though. I'm used to all the dumb-ass "veterans" who like to make themselves feel more important and high and mighty by cutting down the new people. Usually it's the ones who are anti-social in real life and have no real friends. I pity them.
I plan on staying and I won't be dying anytime soon. Thanks for the warm welcome though Minja, your parents must be proud of how they raised you.
zing ^^^
oh how i love the noob-veteran cat fights on here. gives me a reason to smile every day
I'm excited to see where this thread goes.
@Barak It has nothing to do with being a noob but more to do with the fact that was completely stupid. It's a simple concept post retarded shit and expect to get treated like a retard.
And yes kinda, my parents were proud until I went to prison after that not so much.
@Minja
I'm a little disappointed that you didn't come up with some brutally elaborate death for him. I mean sure you told him to die with your link and all but it's just not the same.
This thread is on the verge of turning into an episode of the Real World Road Rules Challenge.
the cagey and cutt throat veterens versus the wide eyed newbies. Who after a few shows (or posts on our case) become the same self styled veterens that they once hated, ripping noobs for lame dares and generally flexing their internet muscles..
Though sadly that makes Belle and or Awalker TJ Lavin. Sorry guys...
So let me get this straight-
-she's not going to do the close pin dare?
@Minja
Ouch. That hurt. I need a tissue and a hug. Yawn.
One "retarded post" and you attack people? Well that's a good way to keep people coming back. Thumbs up man.
And I'll admit it wasn't the most creative idea. I'm Ok with that. It's all supposed to be about fun right? Maybe not to you.
P.S. For the record if I could edit the first post I'd spell clothespin correctly. Don't think I don't know how stupid it makes me look.
What makes you look stupid is showing up to a forum with both fists swinging, trying to fight your way into a position of respect. But by engaging thoroughly, and with a rational tone, you prove that you're more affected by forum-hazing than anyone who owns the internet and uses forums should ever be.
Can't fight the internet hate machine.
On the bright side, you're using proper grammar and spelling well, and I commend you for that, and other than said issues, I have no problems with you.
PS Minja reeaaally isn't one for caring whether dare-posters come back or not.
I don't suspect he is.
Wow, unexpectedly this thread seems to become interesting.
@Barak: First of all, welcome to the forum...to me you seem much sharper than your initial lame dare and the misspelling made you look. The thing is, first thing every new member seems to do is posting some unpolished dare...no idea why that's the case but after reading so many of them it becomes annoying. Well, you are not the first one making this fault, don't take it personal.
Excuse the harsh welcome Minja gave you, that's his common way of welcoming members...after Olivia labled him as "a fan" something died within him, since then he became a embittered and grumpy shade of himself.
I'm a big fan of his suicide advices, though.
Last member who seems to actually have survived this stage of earning respect is seth, perhaps he can give you some advice
See you around.
interesting. i guess that's why i never got seriously hazed. i never started a dare thread and didn't even do a newbie thread...i just jumped in with both feet and started replying to shit. i think i did post something in the help section, but no one reads those, so it's all good.
Pfft...Everyone knows I'm the nicest guy on the forums.
Seriously though how hard is it to just come on the forums and act like a normal person and not some retard posting stupid dares. There have been plenty of guys who come on here and just reply/make threads that don't get pummeled right off the bat. It has nothing to do with being a noob or not. In fact one of the "vets" who lives down by a river gets just as much flak for acting like a tard. Point being you can't act like a tool and expect not to get called on it.
In fact I think seth is a good example I don't think he got flammed right off the bat. I don't recall him doing anything dumb and as a result he was accepted without any critical comments.
I know it will never end, there will always be noobs that will make their first post a dumb dare and they'll always get bashed for it. That seems to be be the nature of things.
Now If you'll excuse me I need to talk someone into killing themselves and continue to try and pee these fires out near my house.
Look I'm willing to bet a lot of the vets started posting here with dares. One of my first posts was. The difference was it was when the boards first started and dares were a new and fresh idea. Now like 6 months later, the boards have developed into something else, which include some gentle noob hazing. A couple months from now if you get past this, you'll be heckling some jackass who dares Olivia to flash Kevin on AOTS...
That being said, I could use a "close" pin for my nose, this dare stinks.
@ Gerrad
Also keep in mind that back then Olivia actually performed truth/dares from time to time. Now with a several month hiatus of said act there seems to be a deluge of new dares without so much as any kind of reciprocation on Ms. Munn's part, good dare or otherwise.
Hell, MY first post was a dare [insert shameless plug here]
http://www.oliviamunn.com/forum/topic/dare-legend-of-zelda-day
The difference is I thought through it very carefully. I followed the forum rules, and I also followed the cardinal rule of dares:
Make it somewhat feasible.
Sure, a little humiliation is part of any dare. But you gotta make it doable. After all, she's picking which dare she does. If this was the actual game, maybe it would be different...
No one's mentioned that last night she said she wanted to taser Tom Green (and anyone else that wanted it) with the brass knuckles they showed on AOTS. I'm thinking we should dare her because:
a) She might actually do it.
b) Tom Green being injured is funnier than Tom Green not being injured
and c) I actually watched Freddy Got Fingered. Seriously, karma is asking for Tom Green to be tasered.
