Attack of the show will be taking a mid season break starting 8/24/09 to 8/27/09. G4 will air classic episodes from Kevin & Olivia Attack Tokyo to the 1000th episode of aots. Just giving everyone a heads up.

Lame. So not did we get girls who were nowhere near the level o Olivia to replace while she was on vacation, but now we get a wk, of no new AOTS. What a load of shit. Epic fail!

WTF?! First Olivia was gone for like two weeks. Then Kevin. Now no new shows?! I wouldn't mind Alison & Gore filling in. Heck, I'll come down to L.A. and host! Talk about cut backs!!

which is why EVERYONE should have taken roughly the same time off...everyone deserves time off...
for most of the last 3 weeks @ least one of the regulars was not on the show...sounds like piss poor planning on the part of the exec producer...
kinda almost makes me wonder...hmmm...mayhaps something strange is afoot @ the 7-11...

Could be worse, we could have a week of Clark Gregg and Sara Underwood hosting.
BTW I get 8 weeks of paid vacation a year. So Umm yeah.... sucks to be someone else

Agree with everyone else that this break happens at a bad time.
First, Olivia is gone for two weeks. Then, Kevin a week.
Then, AOTS is gone for a week, And finally, AOTS barely returns for a whole week of shows (4) before the following week when only 3 episodes are shown because of labor day.
Anyways, hope the writer use the break time rest their minds. Want more original stuff in September.

Its not because of cut backs last year Olivia said that the show goes dark for a week twice a year once in august and I think the second time is sometime in december.

I thought AOTS was dark for 3 weeks during the year. I remember this past March (I think the last week of March) that AOTS was dark.
I could be wrong.

it is advantageous to take a vacation before a work shut down, it translates into super long vacation. It was smart planning on the on-air talents point of view.

I wonder if they'll make any changes to the set during the break. They always seem to change at least one or two things each year, I just hope that the super sized "Loop" table isn't the change for this year. I mean you would think they're getting enough money from Dell to do whatever they want at this point. xD xP

Kevin and Olivia are truely Blessed to have a job, that grants them time off (vacation time). For way too many Americans, time off from work is given in the form of a pink slip (being fired.).
