This just happened like 10 minutes ago and I felt I had to share it. So my friend was coming back to the dorm from the parking lot at my dorm when someone came running at him with a knife yelling "give me your money." The guy then starts slashing my friends arm. Little does he know that my friend has a dagger in his pocket. So he pulls it out, stabs the guy and holds him at knife point until the cops come. The best part is that this dude is so nice you would never think he could pull that shit off.

I'm feeling sappy and inspirational so here goes - I think a large point in life is to always keep growing, otherwise what's the point? Learn things, see things, just don't be stagnant. Right now I'm learning another language, and I've stepped up my exercise routines. I've always been a gym rat, but I want to step it up and get stronger. Why not, right? What are some of the things you're doing or want to do that will let you look back and say, "Fuck yeah, I did that"?

So, anyone have any favorite work out tips for those spare few minutes around the house everyday? Plain old push ups/sit ups, or something more extravagant / immoral involving a pet? Any suggestions for fun things to stay fit that take 5-20 minutes would be fairly awesome. I usually just end up doing about 10 minutes while in the shower, I've noticed more and more young people resort to drugs, when that does nothing good for you in the long run. I am stuck in a bit of a pickle.... In a years time i will be graduating. I will have a degree which is capable of opening doors in a wide array of fields. The problem I have is this... Should i stick it out and try to attain a job in our weak economic nation? Or should I go and join the military where for two years i will be told what to do, where to live, and how to live, coming back into a society that is able to sustain a new job for me? This is a problem i have been wrestling with for awhile now, and i have always found it intriguing that i may not ever know what to do with the rest of my life. Should i trust my life in the hands of my nation and go to war for them? Or should i live in squalor with the rest of the homeless people on Van Buren? Should i go risk my life for a country and get paid in miniscule amounts of a denomination that will soon be obsolete? Do they accept food stamps at the Olive Garden? In writing this i believe i have found my answer to join the military. The tip i need from you is whether or not an acceptable form of payment for the soon to be dead hooker in my trunk is an Alabama Hotpocket? or a Dirty Russian?

last night i clicked on the link olivia posted on her twitter about tommy lee jones and came to her site. to my surprise i got a warning saying that my computer was infected and i needed to download the software they were presenting to me now. to those of you who are new to the interweb, DON'T DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. since most people(hell i would say 90-95 percent) that come to olivia's site are geeks, nerds and virgins, you people know what i'm talking about. as for the rest if you, DON'T DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. it's probably a virus or at the very least malware.

I saw some guy post about a knife weilding ambush about 2 posts below so I felt Id post my own fight - ok so im walking to my next class in the hall way where all of a sudden some kid gets pushed over the railing of the stairs falls about 5 feet and gets the wind knocked out of him, then some other kid starts punching the kid that was thrown down the stairs, then some puerto rican kid pulls his car keys out and starts slashing at the some guys throat and then this huge kid that set the weight lifting record in our school in 10th grade pushes the kid being slashed at by the puerto rican kids car keys into a wall and freaking screams "get the **** off you ****ing pansy" and then the art teacher pins the guy that pushed the guy down the stairs, it was gre3at because only 250 kids attentend our school so these fights are rare.

I was reminded of my one and only sky dive recently, thought I'd share with the group. It was a tandem jump, with a tiny (under 5 foot), ripped, French dude strapped to my back. I'm 6'2 so that was a little awkward. 2 points I'd like to share: - Fear of heights is totally not an issue, once you're in the open doorway it's like looking at Google maps. The sense of height is gone and it's awesome. Really, you're basically flying! I couldn't wait to jump out. - Worst part of the whole experience is being stuck in the back of a tiny plane with 14 dudes nervously farting. Non-fucking-stop. I would have been laughing if I wasn't gagging ... another reason I couldn't wait to get out. I'd definitely do it again, will probably start the process to be able to jump solo. Has anyone else ever done it? Would you do it again? And what were the best/worst parts? Erm, If you've had a dream about doing it I guess this is the thread too.

I learned a lot about the american way of live from those videos and they also made me laugh. With Germany being the worlds export leader you most likely end up working with german clients (perhaps me ) especially within the industrial sector and in that case it might help you to understand german culture and behaviour.
