I think I just realized why SIOm is fail. He just turned 16; that alone explains a lot. He also enjoys being out after curfew drunk, and faults the cops for ticketing him for it. Respectfully, if there is a chance that a link (that a person wants to post) has pictures that can be considered offense, and that person does not want to do the work to separate the offense material, it is much much less work to just not post the link at all..
