Don’t fall asleep while getting a tattoo
An 18-year-old girl is suing a tattoo artist for about $20,000 because he covered half her face in black stars. She said she asked for only three stars on the side of the face and fell asleep during the tattooing. When she woke up, she found her face to look like the above photo.
The tattoo artist maintains that she asked for the tattoos and does not regret doing it, but says he would pay for half of the stars to be removed.
Question- how do you fall asleep getting a tattoo on your face? Isn’t that shit painful?

Yeah I doubt she only asked for three or that she fell asleep. Getting a tattoo isn’t REDICULOULY painful, but it doesn’t feel good either, especially over areas of bone (like her face) lol. Like Peaches said (hey Peaches, another shoutout!!! ;P ) only three stars wouldn’t have taken very long. So unless she’s narcoleptic or was UI (in which case good tattoo artists won’t work on you) it would have been pretty hard to fall asleep.
But enough with my ranting, that’s pretty funny and dumb, maybe she’ll fall asleep while they’re being removed and get pissed cuz they take off too many. wtf

Again, this is complete bullshit. The tattoo artist first has to stencil the outlines, you agree, then the procedure begins. She’s lying because her family freaked out when they saw her.
That is messed up. But I just can not understand how anyone could fall asleep while getting tattooed because that shit IS painful, especially on the face.
I think she just doesn’t like the tattoo anymore and is making the whole story up in order to get the tattoo removed for free.

I heard about this on TV a little while ago. The tattoo artist said she wanted that many but she fell asleep during the process and he was just doing his job. Either way, that doesn’t look good at all.
Something is definitely fishy about this. How do you fall asleep during a tattoo unless your on something in which case she could have asked for it and not remembered? Secondly if he claims she wanted it why is he paying to remove half of them? That makes me think he feels guilty.

Still I find her story a little hard to believe, you have to wonder why it’s taking forever and what’s he doing on my nose ?

When you getting a tattoo it is painful at first but your body releases indorfins that help block the pain.If and some cases someone that has a low pain tallerance the body will try to shutdown and you will get sleepy and or fall asleep.And yes after a while you just can’t feel the needles of the tattoo gun. I guess she should be glad that she didn’t wake up and sat up. Very dangerus and a easy way to takeout a eye!!!
Ps:Its a shame to because removing it with a laser is twice as painful as getting a tattoo and way more money and leaves pretty bad scars.She was kinda pretty.
Yeah, her story just doesn’t wash. You cannot, CANNOT, fall asleep while your face is getting tattooed. Can’t happen. That’s buyer’s remorse, is what that is.
Then again, a reputable (or at least smart) tattoo artist would record sessions like that on video, to eliminate the possibility of shit like this happening.
