Book Tour begins! First stop: Yay City!!!

My first book Suck it Wonder Woman!: The Misadventures of a Hollywood Geek comes out tomorrow, July 6!
It’s a collection of short stories from my life from getting my first agent in Hollywood, to meeting Hollywood Royalty and then having him hand me a used antique dildo to bribing kids in kindergarten to let me play with them… I also give you lots of tips for your life… Like how to have more sex, how to survive the robot invasion.. you know- important shit.
Below are the confirmed dates for my book tour so far, and we’re still looking to add more stuff. It’s just been a little hard with my schedule, but as soon as things are confirmed, I’ll let you know! In the meantime, the below is confirmed…

Wednesday, July 7th:
7:30pm – Reading/Signing at Borders in Columbus Circle (Time Warner Center) NYC
Thursday, July 8th:
7:45am – Live Radio Interview at National Public Radio “The Takeaway” (until 8:15am)
Friday, July 9th:
8am-ish (still not sure on exact time)-CBS “Early Show”
8:00pm – Signing at Midtown Comics in Times Square
Saturday, July 10th
7:00pm – Reading/Signing at Book Revue in Huntington, Long Island

What’s the status of the contest? Haven’t heard anything about it after submitting an entry…
Olivia is a wicked busy girl right now so I assume that she hasn’t allocated enough time to watch all the videos yet. Just be patient and she’ll eventually announce a winner or 3. Its amazing the workload she has taken on this year. I don’t envy her. I’m way too lazy to do all that. lol
apparently she gave the contest to a person who didn’t submit a video. what a dishonest contest.
is the contest going to be chosen in August bc it said turn in by july but she will pick it in June. I’m guessing it was a typo and she will be picking it in August?

it took me a while, but I’ve found the perfect birthday gift for you Olive girl, and from this day til we meet again, will be enough time to set the right curses upon these items I have as gifts, our next meet will take 4 minutes of seriousness, but after that,then watch ME act a fool like dancing or something,just happy.

I was fortunate enough to attend the reading/signing in Huntington, NY July 10th. Olivia is every bit as funny and entertaining in person as she appears on television and I highly recommend seeing her in person if you have the opportunity! Her reading felt a little hit or miss but I imagine some of that was a struggle between reading word for word from the book and speaking from memory. Funny stuff either way but it was Olivia’s interaction with the audience that made the experience. Felt like she truly connected with us in the audience and it was no different when I met her in person as she signed and personalized my book. If you read these comments Olivia, I was the EMT who’s wife forgot his birthday and you personalized all over my book to make her jealous. My wife seemed amused so either it worked, or I’m in more trouble than before! Either way, THANK YOU! =)
Any truth to a book signing in Chicago today. Tons of reports saying Borders on State St or Borders on Michigan Ave….
I too finished the book in a day. I really liked, but I was going to resell it because moneys a little tight right now. But then I seen the flipside of the dust jacket and I couldn’t bring myself to do it.
Olivia, come to the Anderson’s Bookshop in Naperville, IL!! If Chelsea Handler, Lauren Conrad, and JK Rowling can do it you can do it better!
I got your book at in the mail at 4:30 this afternoon and finished it straight through at 10:20 this evening. Great job, funny, sweet and sad with your usual sauciness dashed in. Your story about your Grandmother, tear jerker…my mom passed away 2 years ago in the car in front of our house from a heart attack….I know…I froze, I felt like I sould have done CPR, and I’m a cop, done it several time before….but its different when its one of your own, I panicked. You should be very proud of your book…I laughed, I cried , I kissed 22 bucks goodbye….and I could’nt have been happier or more entertained.
Any plans on release for Kindle? I only buy books for my kindle these days!

I ordered a copy from Amazon. I hope I get to meet Olivia when she does her book signing in the Borders in San Diego during ComicCon. That would be the highlight of my trip to ComicCon.
